It has a broken piece of plastic in one corner, there are two screws missing from the cover, and a very small dent in one corner that was kind of hard to get a good picture of, but is there and can be seen with the naked eye. This is all cosmetic and presents a good opportunity for you to save money. This unit and packaging are sold as is. A UPS claim cannot be filed and a new unit cannot be provided for the damaged described above. However, a UPS claim can be filed for any damage that is not cosmetic and the unit is fully covered by the warranty and would be replaced with a new unit if there were any defects or issues that required replacement within the warranty period.
