Important: This Rheem RTGH-95DVLN-2 SN: W152106058 is brand new, never installed, and fully covered by the manufacturer warranty. However, this is an open box item with cosmetic damage. There are small dents on the replaceable front cover, dents on the side and bottom of the unit. The box has some damage as well, but we will double box it and padded it for free. The unit and packaging are sold as is. The unit cannot be exchanged for a new unit and a UPS claim cannot be filed for the existing damage. However, a UPS claim can be filed for new damage, and if there are any defects or issues that require replacement within the warranty period the unit would be replaced with a new one. Regular do also apply. Please see the pictures and ask any questions to address any concerns prior to ordering.
