Important: This Rheem RTEX-04 SN: G212300739 is new, fully covered by the manufacturer warranty. It has never been used or have water lines connected, but it has an open box unit that may have had electrical partially installed. The unit itself is in perfect condition, but the packaging has cosmetic damage, and there is a chance some of the electrical connections were made, but not used. This unit and packaging are sold as is. The unit cannot be exchanged. A UPS claim can be filed in case of damage during transit, regular return policies apply and if there is a defect or issues with the unit that require replacement within the warranty period it would be replaced. Please see the pictures and ask any questions to address any concerns prior to purchasing.
